Alex + Deb’s Outdoor Wedding, September 2014 | Rochester NY Wedding Photographer
It's always a special treat to shoot a wedding with all my friends and family present. I have known Alex and Deb for years as they are part of my church fellowship, and have seen them progress from dating to engaged to now married. And it is an honor to document their day. The ceremony was moving and emotional for everyone (myself included), followed by good food (catered from Moe's) and a fun reception. It also happened to be but one of three days this whole summer above 90 degrees.. it was hot out!
A few nervous moments before the ceremony
Best man could hardly keep from crying himself as Deb walked down the aisle
A tribute to Deb's father
One of the nice aspects of the wedding is where any guest could get up and give a few words of encouragement to the couple. Here's their reaction to one person's advice..
Mandy got to add a few words too :)
Married!!
A few images shot on film
Little Livvie enjoying the dancefloor
Corey had a few things to say for his speech :)
Deb's longtime friend Annie had a few math jokes
No longer her little boy
Deb's dad is missed
We also celebrated some too!
Not too proud to say my oldest son Evan has some dance moves..
Thank you for a wonderful time, some delicious tacos, pie and lemonade. Many blessings to you both, Alex and Deb, for your marriage is consecrated in the Lord.
