Matt + Kelli's Shadow Lake Wedding | Rochester NY Wedding Photographer
I've known Matt and Kelli for many years and can't be happier for these two perfect matches finally married and together! We celebrated on a warm and breezy day at Shadow Lake Golf Club with a lovely ceremony (with a dash of humor, more on that below) and a rockin' party with a packed dance floor. Congratulations to a couple that will surely "make it" with all the loving support of their family, friends and fellowship!
Dress was a little tighter than expected ;)
He was being very shy ;)
Esther was glowing like a little angel :)
Here comes the bride..
Perfect weather for photographing an outdoor wedding at Shadow Lake!
A touching moment for both moms.
Kelli and Matt made custom vows for each other, and Matt went first. Kelli had on a large flowing veil which was mostly behaving in the wind up to this point. During his reading, Matt was heartfully promising to remove his masks (emotional masks) when the wind reversed and Kelli's veil promptly flew right in front of her face.. making for quite the funny moment ;)
Anyone that knows Tom, knows that this is quite goofy for him.. such a joy seeing him playing around like this ;)

The lovely bride
Genuinely happy to be married :)
My clients from last year, Deb and Alex, were there too! It was practically mandatory to grab a instant film / polaroid of them.
Abbey and Lindsay first posing for the camera, then Abbey acting out how half of my candids of her and Lindsay end up looking like ;)
Kelli is a lifelong dancer, so it's only natural that her and Matt do a formal dance for their first dance.
Matt had fun with his mom Nancy :)
The dancing started, and the first ones out were the little kids. Every wedding I've gone to with little kids (including my own kids) has had an epic time on the dance floor.. so don't be shy about inviting them along!
My son Joshua whooping it up ;)
Thank you for allowing my family and I to celebrate your commitment to each other, Matt & Kelli. I look forward to many years of growing together with you guys. You had a great celebration on this day, and it is my earnest hope these images accurately reflect the joyful spirit of the whole day.
